Do you need more calories due to your weight training?

You can add one more dish. Also in your personal account, you will find the “Favorite Dish” and “Stop List” functions, where you can use the “Favorite Dish” function. If you use this function, then the dish that you order by forward during the next order (did you mean marked as a favorite dish? In this case, insert into the text, for example: the option selected as a Favorite Dish … ..) will be automatically added to your next order. Didn’t like the dish? If you add it to the “Stop List” later, you will not be offered it. 

Do I have to go to the gym to lose weight?

To lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you get through food. Different types of physical activity can help you with this. This can be in the gym and at home, jogging or walking.

  • The order of dishes throughout the day is compiled under the strict supervision of our nutritionists. We do not recommend to reorder them. Our dishes have their own sequence. In particular, carbohydrates are maximal in the morning hours and minimal in the evening.
How often do we change the menu?

We try to update our menu every two to three months, and we often change specific dishes according to your taste and feedbacks that you leave in your personal account.
