In this case, insert into the text, for example: the option selected as a Favorite Dish … ..) will be automatically added to your next order. Didn’t like the dish? If you add it to the “Stop List” later, you will not be offered it.

To lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you get through food. Different types of physical activity can help you with this. This can be in the gym and at home, jogging or walking.
