Electronic Agreement

Regarding contract conditions

                                          1. Parties to the Agreement

  On the one hand the service organization LLC 0708    (hereinafter the contractor and on the other hand the customer agre to the present contractual conditions.

                                                 2.Subject of the Agreement

2.1    Food delivery

2.2  The service organization LLC 0708 provides the customer with the menu (meals) chosen by him.

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

    Executor  rights and obligations

3.1. Service organization  Executor  is obliged to provide the customer with the food/menu selected by him/her at the appointed time and within the deadline.

3.2. The service organization (executor) has the right not to deliver the ordered item, food/menu to the customer until a receipt confirming the payment of the food is presented

3.3. The user is obliged to pay the full price of the selected menu to the service organization immediately after choosing (menu/food).

3.4  The customer has the right to receive his/her own food/menu after paying the fee for the menu/food selected by him/her.

3.1. Service organization  Executor  is obliged to provide the customer with the food/menu selected by him/her at the appointed time and within the deadline.

3.2. The service organization (executor) has the right not to deliver the ordered item, food/menu to the customer until a receipt confirming the payment of the food is presented

3.3. The user is obliged to pay the full price of the selected menu to the service organization immediately after choosing (menu/food).

3.4  The customer has the right to receive his/her own food/menu after paying the fee for the menu/food selected by him/her.

4. Termination of the Agreement

4.1  If the user terminates the contract before the expiration of the contract (before the expiration of the period specified by the user), he is obliged to pay 30% of the amount paid as a fine.

4.2 Based on the terms of this agreement, the disputed issues between the parties are resolved through negotiation/mediation, otherwise the parties apply to St. Tbilisi City Court.

      5. Term of validity of the contract

5.1  The contract enters into force for the executor (Ltd. 0708) upon receipt of the order (by telephone, e-mail, and/or other means of communication) and is valid until the task is completed.   

6. General provision

6.1 The present agreement on the contractual conditions posted on the website will be considered familiar/concluded from the moment the customer places an order for the contractor.
